Gross Incompetence

Massive insurance claims from the 2005 hurricane season have left Citizens Fund Insurance overwhelmed, even two years later.

Based on the latest report from the state-run Citizens Fund Insurance, it seems that even if there has been no wrong-doing, there is at best been gross incompetence by the top management of the agency and those which oversee the agency.
