The Allstate direct mail department forgot to talk to the Allstate legal department.

Today I got some junk mail from Allstate Insurance telling me how I could save on my homeowner's insurance by going with them. Of course, this morning I read in the paper about how they've won a round in court over their refusal to pay expenses for homeowners who were unable to return to their houses after Hurricane Rita.
