Dipolomacy Interupted
Hurricane Rita has even interupted the travel plans of the president of Taiwan.
It’s not easy being Chen Shui-bian. Hu Jintao doesn’t want to know who you are. No one in the States will talk to you. And Hurricane Rita holds you up for 14 hours. Good to see SOMEBODY giving him some love.
