Underwater Hooters
It is a sad day indeed. The Hooters riverblight has apparently sunk. Really, it’s not there anymore.
Well, it started sinking back in September 2003 after hurricane Isabel tore through Philadelphia. And for almost two years, it sat closed, half-submerged and rotting, between Cavanaugh’s River Deck and Dave & Buster’s.
